Galhampton Country Store

Who Are We?

Galhampton Country Store has been in business since January 2019. From the village shop through to wellies, clothes, pet food, large animal feed (horse, cow, pig, sheep, llama, chicken, goat…), bedding, fencing, gardening and more, we really are a true country store!

We promote the ‘Shop Local, Support Local’ principles. Whilst we clearly sell things from afar, in the village shop side you can find (subject to seasons and availability!) honey and salad from under half a mile away, fresh bread from the local bakery delivered daily, jams and marmalades made in a neighbouring village, milk, cheese and butter from the local dairies, pies and fresh meat from under 10 miles away, cakes from down the road, ice cream from within the county and so the list goes on!

A family business run by Charles and Katie Bradley-Hudson (and sons William and George), supported by an amazing team, we aim to provide a service alongside the products we sell.

Following in the family business theme, we are pleased to have lovely Julia Moore’s florist studio on site. Planning a function and need flowers? – look no further. And if a break is needed, what better than a latte and cake mid-morning, a light lunch or an all day breakfast from the amazing Caroline and James in Mable’s café?

Galhampton Country Store – we do not pretend to be a destination venue, but we deffinately think we are worth stopping at – you will be surprised at the things we sell that you never knew you wanted!
